We like to be cozy for the winter and Christmas season and a nice fireplace area is a great way to feel that cozy vibes that we like and enjoy, so even though we had a fireplace are, we decided to renovate our area into a more modern and better looking one by building a new fireplace with a mantle to place some décor pieces.
Its been a while since we wanted a fireplace with a mantle and now that we were able to move to a house we decided to make it because we have enough space and the right area to make it.
Christmas is the perfect season for decorating your fireplace mantle so we decorate it according to our Christmas décor for this year by using lots of greens and of course some holidays and winter theme décor.
We use some candle holders, skies, wall arts for the greenery we added a garland with some pine cones, eucalyptus leaves and golden colored berries to match our décor.
This fireplace is a DIY project that we made out of wood and painted it in a beautiful green color that we loved and also we added some brick shaped wallpaper peel and stick. This final result is amazing and it looks perfect on our home, specially in this season with the Christmas and winter decorations on it.
